THE FOUNDER

Darpan

Sharma

If you’d know him, you’d know what it means to be a ‘young gun’.

If you’d know him, you’d know what it means to be a ‘young gun’. A work profile as impressive as his professional stamina and appetite, he has pegged numerous flags on the summits of major international brands like F1 (JPSI), Pigeon, Luxor, Rohto Pharma India (Japan’s leading Health & Skin Care Co.), Lee Cooper, Surya Roshini, Okaya Group, Metso, JPC, Essel Group, IMT and Mitsubishi to name a few.
THE INTERN

Sushant

Sharma

The younger Sharma and a ‘prodigy of nothing’.

The younger Sharma and a ‘prodigy of nothing’, his unassailable intellect and prowess when it comes to articulating his words, is a credit to his design approach that has evolved radically since. Previously a Photo-journalist for The Hindu, Writer for Indian Academy of Sciences, Production Head at YTV Network, Creative Head at DigiStreet Media, he left his IIT Masters dream in pursuit of a higher calling.

Post, serving in key positions as Manager, Group Head and Assistant General Manager, he
ultimately followed the natural course of professional evolution to create his own advertising agency:
DigiStreet Media (achieving all of that before turning 30!). While most of his professional peers
would prefer to put thier feet up after 4 years of creating and successful running an organization for
4 years, he decided to pull his socks up instead by diversifying himself and his vision to establish
Diaphragm & SeerTM. Regarded as a beacon of inspiration by his peers and a pillar of
confidence by his clients, he remains a man of weighed words and staunch vigour.

Mentored by The Founder himself, and still an intern at heart, his varied exposure to
various industry specific-environment has lent versatility and richness to his persona.
Inherently, a solution finder, his frustrating and erratic quest for perfection has enabled
him to essentially be a scientific encyclopedia that lends undeniable logic to his core
strengths of communication and design.
